Let us raise your next batch of meat birds for 2027. Please select from a Cornish or Heritage breed when placing your order below.

Cornish cross will finish in 7 weeks

Heritage breed will finish in 16 weeks
Both set of meat birds when finished will range from 5.5 to 9 pounds.​ Must order no less than 10 birds.

KUNEKUNE, DUROC/YORKSHIRE CROSS
We proudly raise heritage breed pigs known for their superior flavor, tenderness and traditional value.
Our Kunekune pigs are a small, friendly breed originally from New Zealand, prized for their rich, clean tasting meant and exceptional leaf lard- a premium fat perfect for frying, baking and cooking. Alongside them we raise a hardy cross of Duroc, Yorkshire landrace cross. All known for their heritage bloodline, robust health, excellent mothering and marbled meat that is savory with flavor. We raise our pigs on pasture, greens from our garden and local grain. All are hormone-free cared for with the upmost respect.
